So how does it work?
A simple calendar is included on the pages of your site with each of your rooms. Visitors to your site can then click on the dates that they would like to enquire about and fill in a very simple form with their details.
Your new customer is then sent an email explaining that their enquiry has been made and asking them to await confirmation. You confirm the booking using your web based administration page and they are sent an email confirming the booking.
At the stage where the booking is confirmed the date shows as no longer available, both publicly and in your admin panel.
